Refund Policy

You have 14 days after getting your item to return it if you want. To return it, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt too. 

Contact me at info@snasupportandinspire.ie to start the return process. If I accept your return, you'll have to pay to send the item back. You can find out the cost on the 'An Post' website. I can not accept any returns unless I have been notified first.

Once I get your return and check it, I will then inform you if your refund is approved. If it is, you will be automatically refunded your original payment method.

Remember, it might by take up to 5 days for your account to be accredited.
